
The focus for this project was to stage the process of updating the client’s three offices to ensure minimum staff disruption. This was achieved by staging the work so that each work area was refurbished and finished before the next was started. The use of temporary partitioning was beneficial as the main offices are open plan, with staff making and receiving many phone calls.
Works included the demolition of existing partitioning; electrical and data services to create open plan office areas and meeting rooms; partitioning, electrical, mechanical, fire, hydraulic, painting, flooring and joinery works; and coordination of workstation installation.
