Due to the nature of Service One Members Bank tenancy at Westfield Belconnen, it was imperative that our client continue to trade during the construction phase. As the tenancy is only 6.4m wide and 13.6m deep, this involved careful planning in order to have the bank open for business after a busy nights work on site, all the while ensuring that the safety of the bank staff, their customers and Rork Interiors contractors was number one priority.
