Logica, having identified that it was rapidly outgrowing its office space in Braddon, decided to lease an adjoining unit and take the opportunity to redesign and refit the extended layout to match their current operational requirements.
Rork Interiors were subsequently engaged to undertake the project under a design and construct contract which was carried out while the premises was occupied, ensuring that Logica were able to maintain their quality of business.
