The new section of the Canberra Centre allowed for a fresh food court area. Rork Interiors was appointed to construct four individual retail outlets. Our aim was to design a new concept in fresh food presentation for each store. In close consultation with our clients we wanted to create more drama and showcase the craft of fresh food preparation to the customers. The four stores were constructed concurrently and in only 6 weeks. The success of these projects was due to our innovative design and our effective project management process which delivered all four on time and to budget.
