EMC’s new design layout contains a mixture of open plan and offices. Within the 6 week timeframe, Rork Interiors had completed internal partitioning, ceiling, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, glazing, painting, flooring and joinery works as well as the installation of workstations and loose furniture. Twelve months following completion of this project, EMC contracted Rork Interiors to further modify their now occupied tenancy to accommodate expanding staff numbers, which included but not limited to new meeting and training rooms to a value of $140,000.
