This 6 week refurbishment was spread over an occupied tenancy, with part of the building accommodating staff while works were undertaken. The project was completed in 3 phases and included; partitioning, electrical, mechanical and hydraulic works; painting, flooring, joinery and coordination of the workstation installation.
