Within a 2 week timeframe, Rork Interiors managed the demolition of the existing partitioning, electrical and data services to create an open plan office area. Alteration to the mechanical and fire services were coordinated together with the supervision of the installation of workstations including power and data.
Following completion of a number of fitouts in the RG Casey Building, Rork Interiors were awarded the tender for refurbishment of the Passport Office in Sydney which was an occupied tenancy. This project was carried out in six stages at a value of $425,000.
