As this tenancy was occupied, this project was required to be completed out of hours and on weekends, and therefore within a strict 5 week timeframe. The refurbishment of 4,000sqm over four floors included; internal partitioning, ceiling, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and flooring works, window treatments and joinery works. Close coordination with the selected subcontractors including the workstation supplier was paramount with this fitout. This client also contracted Rork Interiors to refurbish their 500sqm occupied Adelaide office with a similar scope at a value of $500,000. A temporary staging area was set up to accommodate staff to ensure minimal disruption.
